After a week's rest in Bavaria, we were ready for our CILS training in Salzburg. On Saturday 10/18/08, we arrived by dusk via train from Munich. The streets, sights and treats of Salzburg (on the Salz River) were marvelous, including the Mirabell Gardens. This was the birthplace of Mozart. So his name and depiction were found everywhere.
Also visible was the ancient hilltop fortress that overlooked the entire area.
